We are happy to announce the beginning of 2nd year journey of the Wadia Journal of Women and Child Health (WJWCH), which was a great success in the 1st year of its launch.

Scientific literature in the field of women and child health is evolving at a rapid pace and it provides a great platform for our workforce of doctors and nurses to showcase the extraordinary work that they have been doing tirelessly for over nine decades now. I am happy to share that we have expanded the scope of the journal, wherein, it will be open to all other organizations and academic institutions for submission of the articles and manuscripts through the peer review process.

I would like to congratulate the editorial team members, the reviewer board, and the authors for the continuous efforts they put into the journal, and wish them more success with their new endeavors.

Over the years, the hospitals have achieved many milestones, and WJWCH is an additional testament to the academic journey of Wadia Hospitals. With time, I am hopeful the journal will evolve to expand its horizons, have a wider coverage of topics and spread among the scientific community as one of the important resources for scientific literature in the field of women and child health.

We take this opportunity to thank all the stakeholders of Wadia Hospitals and importantly, our patients and wish everyone greater success in this 2nd year for the journal.

Dr. Minnie Bodhanwala,

Chief Executive Officer,

Wadia Hospitals, Mumbai,

Maharashtra, India
